You are not imagining it
The symptoms are real. The answers have been frustratingly vague.
Perimenopause can start a decade before your last period, and it rarely arrives with a label. On average women wait years for the right conversation, left joining the dots alone.
Awake again
Wide awake for the third night this week, heart racing, with no idea why. Tired all day, wired all night.
Too worried to start
She has read the scare stories about HRT for years, so she has never tried it, quietly unsure whether she is holding back for the right reasons or just out of fear.
Still waiting to feel better
She started HRT and hoped for change. Months on, nothing has shifted, no one has followed up, and she cannot tell if it is the dose, the type, or her.

Are any of these familiar?
These are all recognised perimenopause and menopause symptoms. Many women are told they are unrelated. They are not.

Good questions
Is the advice a diagnosis?
No. The free advice is general guidance based on your answers, not a diagnosis or a prescription. Personalised medical advice and any treatment come from your consultation with a nurse prescriber.
Do I need to see my GP first?
No. You answer a few questions and get free advice, with no GP referral and no waiting list. Our care service, where you'll be able to talk to a menopause nurse prescriber directly, is a waitlist for now.
Who will I speak to?
A registered nurse prescriber who specialises in menopause, working through her own CQC-registered practice. Your care will be delivered by that regulated prescriber, Solene is the platform, not the clinical provider.
Can I get HRT or testosterone?
Yes, where it's clinically right for you, including body-identical HRT and testosterone, prescribed and delivered to your door. That is decided in your consultation.
What happens to my data?
Your answers generate your advice. Your email is only ever used to send it to you and follow up if you ask us to. No spam, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
How long does it take?
Less than ten minutes. It is a natural conversation, not a long clinical form.
Does it cost anything?
The report is free, with no account to create. Our paid menopause membership has a waitlist you can join.
