1.What Solene Health is — and is not
The report is based entirely on the answers you provide and has not been reviewed by a clinician. Any decisions about your health, including treatment, must be made with a qualified healthcare professional.
2.Not a substitute for professional care
The service does not replace advice from your GP, pharmacist or other healthcare professional. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something in your Solene Health report.
3.Who can use the service
You may use Solene Health only if you are aged 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom, and providing information about yourself. By using the service you confirm that this is the case.
4.Accuracy and the role of AI
Your report is generated using artificial intelligence based on your self-reported answers. As such:
- Symptom scores reflect what you report and have not been clinically verified.
- AI-generated content can contain mistakes or omissions.
- The report is a starting point for a conversation with your clinician, not a clinical conclusion.
Always confirm any information in your report with a healthcare professional before acting on it.
5.Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information — the usefulness of your report depends on it.
- Use the service and your report only for your own personal healthcare.
- Do not rely on the service as your sole source of health information.
6.Your data and privacy
We handle your personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the service you acknowledge that policy.
7.Intellectual property
The service, including its design, text and the report template, is owned by Allen Living Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. The report we generate for you is yours to keep and to share with your healthcare providers for your own care.
8.Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
9.Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law (including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Subject to that, Solene Health is provided for information only, and we are not liable for any clinical decision, treatment, or outcome arising from your use of the service or your report. You are responsible for decisions made with your healthcare professional.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.
