What every member gets

Everything online, from home

Video appointments and weekly tracking in your Solene account. No travel, no waiting room, anywhere in the UK.

The same nurse prescriber every time

Andrea assesses you, prescribes in her own right, and reviews you herself. No handover to a doctor you never speak to.

A full initial consultation

A proper 45-minute first appointment to understand your history and set up your treatment plan.

Treatment supplied and looked after

Prescribed where it is right for you, dispensed by a registered pharmacy and posted to your door, with repeats handled for you.

Ongoing reviews

Your first consultation, then reviews to keep your treatment right: two a year on Essentials, and one every three months on Complete.

Message her between appointments

On Complete, write to Andrea whenever something comes up. She works through messages in dedicated slots twice a week, so you get a considered answer from your own prescriber rather than a rushed one.

Weekly progress, watched and acted ononly with us

You check in each week; Andrea sees the trend and adjusts your treatment from real data rather than one conversation months apart.

What sets this apart

Treatment adjusted from how you actually feel

Treatment is often adjusted from a single conversation, months apart. We track your wellbeing every week, so Andrea works from a real picture of your progress, not a single snapshot.

1

You check in weekly

A 60-second symptom check-in on your phone. Hot flushes, sleep, mood, energy, whatever matters to you.

2

We spot the trend

Your weekly check-ins build a clear picture of what's improving and what isn't over time, so your care follows the real trend rather than a single snapshot at one appointment.

3

Andrea adjusts

At your review Andrea sees the whole trend and fine-tunes your treatment from real data, so changes can happen sooner.

What women say about Andrea

the consultation was very thorough and at a time when I was feeling incredibly anxious and irrational, it was such a relief to feel 'heard' and understood by her

Every plan, the same prescriber

£79 for your first appointment. This covers your 45-minute online consultation and setting up your treatment plan. Membership is then from £69 a month if you decide to continue.

Testosterone on its own

£129 a month

Already getting your HRT from your GP? Andrea can look after your testosterone alongside it: your treatment and your reviews. She will need to know what you are taking and at what dose, she prescribes it only where she judges it clinically right for you, and she will ask you for a blood test every three months while your dose is being settled.

Common questions

Is it all online?+

Yes. From your first appointment through to your reviews, everything is by video, with weekly tracking through Solene and medication posted to your door by a registered pharmacy.

Who will I actually see?+

Andrea, every time. She is an independent prescriber, which means she assesses you and prescribes in her own right, without a referral or a GP appointment, and she is the one who reviews and adjusts your treatment later.

How does the first appointment work?+

You pay £79 for a 45-minute online consultation covering your history and setting up your treatment plan. She confirms your identity from photo ID during the call, as remote prescribing requires. If you decide to continue, membership is from £69 a month (Essentials £69, Complete £99, or testosterone on its own £129 where your GP prescribes your HRT), billed monthly in three-month cycles.

When does membership start?+

After your first appointment, once you have decided to join and Andrea has set up your treatment plan. You are not committing to anything before you have met her.

Can I get testosterone if my GP prescribes my HRT?+

Yes, and it has its own route. If your HRT is already prescribed and managed by your own GP, Andrea can look after your testosterone alongside it for £129 a month, covering your treatment and your reviews. She will need to know what you are taking and at what dose before she prescribes anything, so bring that to your first appointment. If you would rather she looked after all of it, that is Complete with testosterone at £198 a month, with no prescription fees. Either way it is never available on Essentials, because it commits you to a blood test roughly every three months while your dose is being settled, and Essentials is built around one review every six months rather than that cadence.

Do I need blood tests?+

Yes, and they are not included in your membership. Andrea will ask for a female hormone panel when she needs one to prescribe safely: usually once a year, and every three months while a testosterone dose is being settled. You arrange it yourself and pay the lab directly. She will tell you exactly which markers she needs, which matters more than the price, and she can point you somewhere if you would rather not choose. You can use whichever lab you like, either a kit you use at home or a blood draw at a clinic, and prices start at around £45. The result comes to you and is yours to keep. You share it with Andrea and she reviews it before she prescribes.

Is HRT safe?+

For most women the benefits outweigh the risks, but it is individual. Andrea reviews your personal and family history and will be honest with you, including recommending non-hormonal options where those fit better. The British Menopause Society publishes guidance on the balance of benefit and risk.

Who holds my medical records?+

Your clinical record belongs to your prescriber, Andrea Curtis, as the regulated clinician responsible for your care, and is kept under her practice's own retention policy. For adult records that is commonly eight years after the last entry. Solene Health provides the platform she uses. Solene does not prescribe, does not dispense and does not make clinical decisions.

How quickly does Andrea reply to messages?+

Messaging is part of the Complete plan. She sets aside dedicated time twice a week to work through messages, so you will normally hear back within a few days rather than the same hour. It is deliberate: the answer comes from your own prescriber, who has your history in front of her, instead of whoever is available. Messages are for the things that can wait a few days, like how you are getting on or a question about your dose.

How long am I committing to?+

Three months at a time, paid monthly. You are charged on the same date each month, not three months up front, and the three months are the commitment rather than the bill. You can stop at the end of any cycle. Three months is roughly how long it takes to know whether a treatment is right for you, so a shorter cycle would not really tell you either way, and it is also how much medication is dispensed and posted to you at once.

What if I need to stop sooner?+

Two things override the cycle. You have fourteen days from signing up to change your mind, which is your right in law and nothing here removes it. And if Andrea advises that you should stop or pause treatment you are not tied in, and we refund the rest of the cycle: you would never be asked to keep paying for care your own prescriber has withdrawn. Outside those two, cancelling stops the next cycle rather than the one you are in, because the medication has already been dispensed and posted to you and the review has already been provided or booked. If something is not working, talk to us first.

Does it work alongside NHS care?+

Yes. You keep your NHS GP, and membership adds specialist oversight, weekly tracking and access to Andrea. Whether your GP continues to issue your prescription is their decision, and Andrea can prescribe it instead.
